Dans l’Angleterre victorienne du 19ième siècle, une rencontre entre deux hommes aristocrates mène à un arrangement domestique plutôt bizarre. Échangeant la stabilité matérielle pour celle domestique, cet engagement condamne les hommes à se livrer une bataille pour la dépendance, le pouvoir et le contrôle.  Une histoire intrigante et provocante qui examine les complexités des relations conjugales et les nombreuses définitions de l’amour.  Langue recherchée, une amusante répartie, et une considérable performance donnent à cette pièce son mordant et son charme.
